How do I return my order and get refund?
30-Day Return Policy
Prynt provides a 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed policy from all purchase placed on Prynt.co. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return all or any of the items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide your order number and email associated with the order. Our customer support team will get back to you shortly to either refund you or exchange one of your order items.
Please, be aware that to qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged);
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return; exception made with the 10-pack Prynt Paper;
- The product should be returned in its original packaging;
- The RMA number (provided by our customer support team) must be included along with your returned product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., customs, overseas taxes) are not refundable. US state tax and VAT are refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Prynt.
- If you return part or of all your order to Prynt without an RMA number from Prynt or without all of the product and its accessories included in the original package, Prynt retains the right to either refuse delivery of such a return.
- If you return a hardware product to Prynt and it is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund value US$50/50 EUR. Damages include broken parts and/or scratches on any surface of the Printer Case and/or its adapterand or/its Paper Cartridge as well as non-removable spots.
- The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for Prynt to credit your account.
Note: we do not provide return labels.
If you purchased your product through one of our retail partners, please reach out to them to process the return, as Prynt cannot issue a refund for these purchases.
10-Day Exchange Policy
Prynt allows any customer to exchange a portion of your order placed on Prynt.co. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and provide us the order number and the email associated with your order.
If you purchased your products through one of our retail partners, please reach out to them for the exchange as Prynt will not process exchanges for these purchases.
