My Prynt Pocket isn't connecting.

Here are some tips if your Prynt Pocket isn't connecting:

-Make sure that you are running the newest version of iOS (11.2.5) as well as the newest version of the Prynt App 5.0.2

- Charge your Prynt Pocket 

-If you have a smartphone, try to remove it and connect the Prynt Pocket again

-Completely shut down your app, reboot your phone, and then re-open the app 

-Press the reset button on the bottom of your Prynt device, wait 30-seconds, and then reconnect your phone and press the shutter button

Tip: Reset your Prynt Pocket.
