I can't scan my photo.
Useful tips to scan a photo:
- Make sure you have enough light when you scan.
- Keep the photo as flat as possible on a plain surface
- Avoid light reflection on your print.
- Make sure you have a good mobile or WiFi connection.
Scans are stored locally on the host phone, so if Person 1 prints a photo, Person 1 will be able to scan it instantly. If a second person, Person 2, wants to scan the photo, it might take a couple of minutes dependent on Internet connectivity. Have person 1 completely shut down their app and reopen it when they have a strong wifi connection. If you're still having trouble scanning, please contact us and let us know!
