I received my Prynt Pocket and it doesn't work.

We are so sorry about this and will be happy to replace your order at no additional cost to you.

The most important thing is to contact us within 10 days of receiving your  order,  and provide us your order number and email associated with the order. Make sure you try some of the fixes in the Troubleshooting section of the  FAQ,  because we'll refer to these tips when you first email us.

If you purchased your product through one of our retail partners, please first reach out to them and abide by its replacement policy (typically 30 days). If the policy has expired, you can exercise your  Prynt  warranty.
