I'm getting a "re-adjust paper" error message on my Prynt Pocket. Help!

Sometimes the paper cartridge on the Prynt Pocket has trouble feeding the paper to the printer. 

1/ Let's make sure you have the right paper. It should say "Compatible with Prynt Case & Prynt Pocket" on your paper pouch. If you don't have the right paper, please contact support@pryntcases.com

2/ Let's make sure your paper is not bent. If you have bent paper, please contact support@pryntcases.com

3/ Take out a few pieces of paper and re-insert the paper cartridge. See below for a demonstration!

4/ Let's make sure your paper is not stuck in the cartridge

5/ Let's make sure your cartridge is well inserted
