I'm getting a "No Paper" error message, but I have paper!
Let's try the following steps to help you resolve the issue:
- First, make sure that you are using authentic Prynt ZINK® Paper and your paper is not bent.
- Unplug your smartphone from your Prynt Case.
- Open the paper hatch and remove the paper.
- Put a few less sheets of paper (4-5 sheets) in the hatch and slide it towards the opening.
- Turn on your Prynt Case
- Try to print again.
