I'm getting a "No Paper" error message, but I have paper!

Let's try the following steps to help you resolve the issue:

  1. First, make sure that you are using authentic Prynt ZINKĀ® Paper and your paper is not bent.
  2. Unplug your smartphone from your Prynt Case.
  3. Open the paper hatch and remove the paper.
  4. Put a few less sheets of paper (4-5 sheets) in the hatch and slide it towards the opening.
  5. Turn on your Prynt Case
  6. Try to print again.
