My photo cuts off when I print.
- Please make sure that you have installed the latest Prynt app and operating system for your smartphone.
- Make sure your Prynt Case is up to date- if it isn't, you'll be prompted to install an update after charging your case fully!
- We suggest that you also restart your phone after if these updates have not been installed. Next, reset your Prynt Case by pressing the button next to the micro-USB port (don’t hold it down). It will take ~10 seconds for the Prynt Case to reset. Try printing a different Prynt and contact us if the issue persists.
