My photo cuts off when I print.

  1. Please make sure that you have installed the latest Prynt app and operating system for your smartphone.
  2. Make sure your Prynt Case is up to date- if it isn't, you'll be prompted to install an update after charging your case fully!
  3. We suggest that you also restart your phone after if these updates have not been installed. Next, reset your Prynt Case by pressing the button next to the micro-USB port (don’t hold it down). It will take ~10 seconds for the Prynt Case to reset. Try printing a different Prynt and contact us if the issue persists.
