My Prynt Case is not charging or holding a charge.
1. Make sure you’re on the most updated version of the app and your iOS operating system.
2. Reset your Prynt Case.
3. Try charging your case again. Connect your Prynt Case to the micro-USB cable, and connect the cable to a power source (i.e. laptop, wall adapter). Press the shutter button. The LED will stay red for a bit, but after a couple of hours, it should turn green.
If you're still having trouble, please contact us! You might have a defective Prynt Case.
