How do I return my order and get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your order and want to return all or any of the items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide your order number and email associated with the order. Our customer support team will get back to you shortly! Note: we do not provide return labels.
To initiate a return, please mail your product along with a copy of your online purchase confirmation and date of purchase to our Illinois location. Also include your name and return address and indicate the problem with the item.
